Reformer Pilates 6-week Programme: Booking Instructions
Programme Details
The programme consists of 3 x 45-minute Reformer Pilates sessions per week for 6 weeks.
Once you have secured your place on the course, you will be given access to book 3 x sessions during the first week of the programme
You can select any 3 sessions during the week on days and times to suit you. Please select these carefully as these 3 sessions will be your allocated slots for the duration of the 6-week programme.

There is a 2-step booking process. If you have been sent a direct email to book, please:
Step 1: Purchase the Programme
In your booking email, there will be a link to purchase the programme. Follow the link - you will see a screen like this:
3. When you complete your order (including reading and accepting our terms & conditions and health & safety guidance) you will be shown a screen with a unique ‘certificate code’ and a link to Schedule your sessions, as highlighted in the screen below.
4. Follow the ‘Schedule’ link - this will take you to our Scheduling page. DO NOT PAY THROUGH THIS PAGE. Enter your code in the ‘Redeem Coupon or Package’ field. Your code will then enable you to book a total of 3 sessions throughout the week as shown below:
5. Use the date selector to move the calendar through the week to schedule the sessions of your choice. Once you have booked 3 sessions, these will be your regular slots for the duration of the 6-week programme.
6. You will be sent email confirmation of each session - we recommend you add those to your online calendar or make a note of the days and times.
7. Please remember, sessions cannot be moved or swapped unless arranged through our client-led WhatsApp group, so please choose carefully!
